The Signature Wine and Dine takes pride in serving our customers to provide them with a unique and creative experience with a team dedicated to outstanding personalized service. We believe that surpassing the guest expectation will bring the ultimate hospitality experience. Our cuisine incorporates fresh seasonal ingredients locally sourced from the farm to your table. Our lounge provides an elegant atmosphere with an intimate Greenland lawn view. Our highly skilled Chef’s will design the custom menu with several courses on the chef’s table. Our World class Wine brands will be toured and explained by professional sommeliers. Our Bar Maestro’s will guide our guests through the featured and international fare of beer and spirits. We believe, our guest will have an amazing experience and will leave with a Signature in their heart.
The concept of the restaurant is to give people all new dining experience away from the busy downtown traffic yet in the city. It can be any special occasion like business meeting for lunch, Family dinner in evening or Anniversary celebration for soul mates, our restaurant would be the right place to experience new level of service. It may be just to enjoy couple of glasses with lunch or extended session after work, our restaurant would be the right place to experience right taste and great pleasure.
Our restaurant will occupy approximately 100-110 people at a time. Timings of restaurant would be from 11am to 11pm. To provide customers with remarkable and memorable dining experience we will meet the highest standards of quality and extraordinary service. We would have highly qualified staff consisting of sommelier to suggest best complimenting wine with food, an experienced chef who will be comprehensive and exceptioal in attention to every dish served; also highly moitvated servers will polish the experience with service which will take guests experience to upscale level. Moreover, the management team formed by five partners will maintain coordination between every single operation in the restaurant by paying precised attention to all the departments such as maitaning customer relations, processing finance helping staff and putting all theknowledge and experience to work.
